The Moose is a private organization. All activities and events referred to on this Website and in The Moose newsletter are available to active members and their qualified guests only. A private, non-political fraternal organization founded in 1888 with nearly 650,000 members
- Social club and meeting hall for members to gather, host events, and give back to the community
- Also focused on supporting Mooseheart (home for children) and Moosehaven (retirement community)
Main Events/Closures:
- General Meetings on January 2nd & 16th
- Lodge closed January 20th-23rd for bar construction and repairs
Events Typically Held
- Member meetings & activities – General meetings, degrees, sports leagues, etc
- Social events – Dinners, entertainment, cruise nights open to members & guests
- Fundraisers – Hosted to raise money for Moose causes like Mooseheart and Moosehaven
- Community service – Various local projects to give back and help those in need
